Pre-order products are a limited first release and are now open. By placing a pre-order, you secure access to exciting upcoming items—thank you for supporting us!


Ordering & Payment

Separate Order Required:
To ensure faster delivery, please place pre-order items in a separate order from in-stock products. Combining them will delay the entire order.

Deposit Needed:
A 50% prepayment is required at the time of pre-ordering.


🚚 Shipping & Consolidation

Free Shipping:
Qualify for free shipping (to AUS/NZ) if your same-month pre-orders total AUD 200+.

If Under Threshold:
If total value is less than AUD 200, you can either:
• Pay standard shipping now, or
• Wait to consolidate with future pre-orders or in-stock items until you reach the free threshold or when all items are ready—this may delay shipping.


🕒 Availability & Cancellations

Limited Quantities:
Due to restricted production allocations, we may not fulfill all pre-orders—fulfilled on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

No Customer Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders.


Delays & Fulfilment

Please note that in the event of supplier delays or unexpected stock shortages, we may not always have the resources to provide regular updates. However, we will always do our best to fulfil every preorder.

If we are able to secure the stock, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If we are unable to secure your item, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We truly appreciate your trust when placing a preorder with us — it helps us bring in exciting products just for you. Please understand that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may not always have enough resources to provide frequent updates on your preorder status.

However, please rest assured that we always do our very best to fulfil every single preorder we receive. If we can secure the stock as expected, we will carefully pack and ship your item as soon as it arrives. If, despite our best efforts, we’re unable to supply your preorder, we will cancel it and issue you a full refund promptly.

We know delays and cancellations can be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry if this ever happens — your understanding and support mean the world to us as a small business.

HobbyKitz is not liable for production issues, shipments, or supplier delays that are out of our control.

COVID-19 Impact:
The pandemic may further delay production and shipping timelines.


💵 Refunds & Stock Failures

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to limited stock or unforeseen circumstances, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund promptly.

We strongly recommend placing your pre-order early to increase your chances of securing items from the first release.

Q: When will my pre-order arrive?
A: Estimated arrival dates are listed on each product page and may change based on supplier updates or shipping delays.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: No, we cannot accept customer cancellations—pre-orders go through with your purchase.

Q: Can I return my pre-order?
A: No, we cannot accept customer returns on pre-orders items.

Q: Can I change my order details?
A: Contact us ASAP to modify your address or combine orders. We’ll help if orders haven't shipped.

Q: Will I get preorder updates?
A: We’ll notify you of major changes, but may not have capacity to send regular updates.

Q: What if stock ends or supplier cancels?
A: We’ll cancel your pre-order and issue a full, prompt refund.

Q: Mixed orders—when will they ship?
A: In-stock items ship when all products are available. To get stock sooner, place separate orders.
