Third-Party Transactions & Pick-Up Policy

HobbyKitz may, at its sole discretion, allow customers or partner businesses to use our store as a convenient and safe location for product collection or private transactions.

By participating in any third-party transaction at or through HobbyKitz, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Independent Transactions

Any transaction between a buyer and a third party (including private sellers, businesses, or associates) is solely between those parties. HobbyKitz is not the seller, buyer, broker, or agent unless explicitly stated on the invoice or receipt.

2. No Responsibility for Third-Party Products

HobbyKitz does not inspect, verify, authenticate, guarantee, or warrant any products sold by third parties, including but not limited to authenticity, condition, completeness, or legality.

3. No Responsibility for Payments

Any payment made directly to a third party is entirely at your own risk. HobbyKitz does not process, hold, or guarantee payments and accepts no responsibility for payment disputes, chargebacks, scams, or fraud.

4. Pick-Up Location Only

Where a third party uses HobbyKitz as a collection point, our premises are provided solely as a safe pick-up location. This does not imply that HobbyKitz endorses, verifies, or guarantees the seller or their products.

5. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HobbyKitz accepts no liability for any loss, damage, counterfeit goods, missing items, payment disputes, fraud, or other issues arising from transactions conducted between third parties.

6. Buy at Your Own Risk

Customers should perform their own due diligence before purchasing from any third party. If you are unsure about a seller or product, we recommend purchasing only from trusted and reputable sources.
