At Hobby Kitz, we strive to deliver your orders as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Here’s an overview of our delivery options:

Free Shipping Australia & New Zealand

  • Free shipping to NSW, QLD & VIC for orders above $150
  • Free shipping to New Zealand for orders above $200
  • Free shipping to the rest of Australia for orders above $200

Pick up

  • Free of charge. Please wait for our email confirmation to notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

Local Delivery

  • Free for orders over AU$250.

Standard Delivery

  • For transparency, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

International Delivery

  • Our international shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • For insurance reasons, we currently do not ship to the US and Canada.

Delivery Policy

This policy applies to physical goods.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the purchase details. We will promptly acknowledge your order and start preparing your items for shipment. Orders ready for dispatch are generally picked up by Australia Post within 2-3 business days. Handling times can range from 2-10 business days, depending on the season and order volume.

Product Availability 

At Hobby Kitz, we work hard to keep our inventory accurate. However, since we operate mainly from a physical store with a single warehouse, discrepancies can occasionally happen due to theft, clerical errors, or other unforeseen issues.

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email or phone. You may choose an alternative product, store credit, or a refund.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are those currently on order, in production, in transit, or upcoming. Pre-order times can vary from 3 to 12+ weeks depending on the product.

If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your order will be held until all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact our customer service team. Please see our Hobby Kitz Pre-Order Deposit Poilcy.
