The Stedi panel liners are great to work with.
I use a Dspiae lining pen, rather than the included brush, and the liner flows at a balanced rate. Being water-based it is gentler on plastic, odourless, and easy to clean up.
The Fluorescent White has a strong glow in UV light, but it should be noted that it otherwise dries clear, giving it an effect similar to invisible ink.
This is excellent if you want glowing effects without white panel lines, but means that if you do want the white lines you'd need to line them beforehand.
